Trouwens ik dacht dat meeste mensen gewoon met een headset gamen, een stille kaart is voor mij niet zo belangrijk.

Over 1 jaartje als de Pascal serie uitkomt is 8GB de minimum, de volgende Titan zal 32GB HBM V2 hebben.

Toen ik mijn videokaart kocht was er nog geen 390, en er zijn echt maar een paar games die over de 3.5 gaan, en anders doe ik de settings wel ietsje lager. 4 GB is echt nog meer dan voldoende aangezien het overgrote gedeelte van de gamers nog een kaart heeft met 2 GB aan vram en die kunnen ze nou eenmaal niet buitensluiten.

Mah Build:  CPU: Intel i7-7700K COOLING: NZXT Kraken X52 GPU: Asus Strix GTX 1080 MOBO: Asus Strix Z270F RAM: 16GB GSKILL TridentZ RGB 3000

Ohjah, waarom zijn er games dan die meer dan 4GB verbruiken op 1080P?

En de 970 heeft gewoon 3.5GB geen 4GB. De R9 290(X) heeft wel 4GB en de 390(X) heeft 8GB.

 

Mijn 980Ti heeft "maar" 6GB.

 

Trouwens een R9 280X ofzo is al overkill voor 1080P. Als je een 350-400 euro kaart koopt, waarom dan nog op 1080P 60hz spelen?

 

games gebruiken zo veel vram als er is, net als dat gewone RAM gebruikt wordt als er is.

Er is amper een verschil tussen de 960 2gb en 4gb versie tenzei je ultra 4k gaat doen wanneer de volledige 2gb actief gebruikt wordt, maar dan heeft die 4gb ook weinig zin want je frame rates zijn maar enkele cijfers.

Nee, en wat gedateerde GTX 780.

 

Jij hebt net mijn GTX780 beledigd. hij huilt nu. een GTX 780 IS NIET GEDATEERD!

280x heeft ook gewoon een veel sterkere core als de 960, dit verschil komt niet door de extra gb aan vram.

de 680 is ook beter als de 960 en beide hebben ze 2 gb, je kunt kaarten niet vergelijken aan de hoeveelheid vram.

Als de devs ook maar een beetje moeite in hun pc port doen heb je genoeg aan 2 gb hoor.
