How old is your Windows installation?

Hello.

 

This topic is for sharing the age of your Windows installations, or bragging about how old they are. To find the original install date, type the command "systeminfo | find /i "original"" into the command promt (original is in quotes, the command itself is not).

 

My original install date is: Saturday, 11th of October 2014, 21:28:43. It's about as old as my SSD.

It shouldn't take long to load. It took about 10 seconds here. Make sure that you type the command correctly, or try it withut the /i switch.

I was able to preserve my Windows 7 install with a new mobo :D

On 1 PC 17 years old still rockin windows 98, the one I actually use is about 2-3 months.

Not sure what it is on my primary boot on my main rig, I'll take a look when I get home if I care enough to remember. I also have a laptop circa early WinXP, I'll have to take a look at that one ;P

 

EDIT: I'm actually pretty sure I have an old Compaq from 1994-1995 still running Win95 or 98, sadly that computer is a few hundred miles away, so I can't fire it up to check the installation :(

Apparently it is 26-04-14 at 00:00:38 so JUST on Thursday, instead of on Wednesday if it would've installed 38 seconds earlier. That was because the system didn't exist with these parts together (I got some parts second hand).

 

On 21-02-15 at 14:03:07 for my second pc (weird dell prebuild with cpu, memory, and drives upgrade, and a ghetto out of the system hanging GPU) because I got time and I replaced the CPU and memory, which I wanted to do in my old dell system, but couldn't lol. (worst text ever written by me whoops)
