Soooo, they made that little bar at the top orange, nothing that could not be done by manually painting

 

Still though the guaranteed to run at 3400MHz is insane

I don't like the orange, but the clock speed is impressive.

I can't believe Tweaktown simply used someone else's pictures like that. FYI, those sticks in the pics above are 2400Mhz DDR4 as you can see with the top bars simply hand swapped out from a regular kit with the orange ones for a custom EKWB showcase build at PAX East. The pics were taken by Derick from EK and definitely not meant to be used around like that.

Finally, guaranteeing 3400MHz is contingent on the CPU IMC, CPU clocks and the motherboard. I am not sure that was a good move to outright say that.

not really because this ram is ddr4 not ddr3. From what I know, there is no amd based cpus working on ddr4 at the moment
