I will get the m50x for 120 euros

what are there differences?

First, option number 2 and 3 are better by quite a mile over M50

Second, if absolutely, definitely, positively, undisputably, must go with that, M40 is cheaper with minimum differences

The M50x is EXCELLENT for a closed back can.  You can't really compare it to the DT990, which is an open backed can and sounds like one too.  That's comparing motorcycles to cars or apples to oranges or horses to cows...

If you don't care about sound leaking in and out, and don't plan to take them out in to public, my vote would tend to favor open backed cans like the DT990/880.  The closed cans might sacrifice a bit of sound stage but have probably better bass than the equivalent open backed can.  The M50x is foldable and has a cable that can be removed and/or replaced, if need be, the Beyers do not.  Both would be good for music and games.  I know nothing about the V1.

System: i5 6600K@3.6 GHz, Gigabyte Z170XP SLI, 2x8 Corsair DDR 3000, Corsair Hydro H60i cooler, Rosewill CAPSTONE 750w Gold PSU, 1x 512GB SSD, 1x 2TB 7200RPM, Windows 10 Pro x64
Display: XFX R9 390 DD, triple 1920x1200 24" HP monitors (5760x1200 @ 60Hz)   Sound: Audio-gd NFB-11 -> AKG K7XX or 2.1 speaker system

You won't get more with a cheap amp, and probably not anything else with an expensive one either. That's simply not how audio works.
