Evolve or Dying light?

deciding to treat myself to a new game this week (missus is away for like 5 weeks so I need entertainment!!)

I was dead set on buying dying light yesterday but noticed evolve is put tomorrow! soo what's your guys opinion??

I loved dead island and I've always loved left 4 dead be it a bit repetitive..

I know I could just easily buy both and solve my dilemma but when I buy 2 games at once one get neglected and never played lol

Honestly I am not a fan of either

Evolve is boring, dying light is... not that great

 

 

Out of the 2 dying light is better, but not that great :D

121 hours in Dying Light so I would say DL. :)

It can be if you chase behind the monster because you'll never catch it. You want to corner it in, throw down a dome and kill it.

If I understood some hints correctly then Evolve is a complete disaster, so I'd definitely wait for some proper feedback before I buy it. Dying Light is supposed to be decent, just an okay and fun zombie game. Might not run too well on AMD GPUs due to gameworks though.

yeah, NO, please don't tell people to pirate stuff, not only is it against CoC some of us dont agree with it

Not because of that, I just find the game... boring, and repetitive, after a few hours I see no reason to ever play again, it pretty much plays the same every single time, it just lacks content

 

I actually wish there was a cool single player story campaign but nope

Don't play Dying Light alone. The coop part has been greatly done, you can do the entire game with a mate (except the last mission). It's very fun, e.g you can play tennis with a zombie heh

 

Evolve sounds very appealing to me, polished and so on. But if I look deeply, then the game isn't that great. This is not a game like L4D2 was (this game is so great ...), there aren't that much of "smart play". You just hunt an HP bag, and then kill it, that's it unfortunatly. Just wait a bit for this one.

Then PLAY them already ! Also , I would prefer Evolve I think cause it's like Left For Dead ( Same creators anyway ) , which is lots of fun .

Unfortunatly, Evolve is far from being a L4D-like.

Evolve is very easy.

I haven't played Evolve but I do have Dying Light, and I consider it to be right up there with Far Cry 3 and Skyrim.

With Dying light the developer was atleast trying. Evolve is just created the be another money fountain.
