How many shots does it take?

How many shots does it take for you to get wasted*? I'm just curious. 

 

For me it takes 5 shots (in a row) of 80% puerto rican rum. (5x4cl)

 

One of my friends made it to 8 shots, lol. We call him the Iron Liver.

 

 

* by wasted I meant puking, being unable to walk, whole body being numb AF.

Today I don't know. I don't really do shots. I usually enjoy whatever I'm drinking.

I don't really drink though because in most cases I don't want to be drunk and unable to think straight. Cough *herbs cough

I'm not Russian, I was just very used to drinking alcohol. If you keep drinking a lot, you build a tolerance to the effect alcohol.

I had also been drinking beer before the shots, but in the grand scheme, I don't think they count for much.

I pour myself a glass of whiskey and enjoy it.

Taking shots is not something I do often...even at parties.

Call me weird but I like to enjoy a good drink rather than just skip the tasting experience and just end up drunk.

But I also don't get drunk to the point you stated, because, what's the point?
Drinking is fun. Being drunk to the point you can't control yourself, you vomit, etc not only ruins the night for you, but the others around you as well.

Only other time i had 3 shots of 190 proof grain alcohol a few beers and half a bottle of whiskey

Nah. Once you puke you know it's time to stop. It's a sign that you're drinking too much in a too short time. If you are smart you won't die of overdose.

I don't do quick shots, I'm more civilised than that. I'd much rather drink a good craft beer or some G&T, or slowly sip some whiskey.

I heard that 2ml of 80% alcohol is like drinking 40ml of sodium hypochlorite (Bleach) in terms of damage caused.
