What is the best to use, 3 times a 120 mm or two times a 140 mm fan?

2x140 will be quieter but 3x120 will push more air.

My arsenal: i7-9700k Gaming Rig, an iPhone, and Stupidity.

Depends on the brand. My 120's work better at an almost inaudible 1000 rpm compared to a pair of maxed out 140's. But im comparing noctua to corsair.

3x120, the noise level isnt much different in my experiance!
