That is one serious overclock.

Or the person that wrote that, becuase he added the cores speeds to eachother. So it would be a 2.8GHz dual core processor.

It's pretty common for those companies to not include a *each core 2.8Ghz.

 

If you look at "cheap" pc's on amazon a lot of them are like that.
