FCC changes legal definition of 'broadband' to 25 Mbps/3 Mbps

Well, I guess I'm no longer paying for broadband then...

 

That said, I often get 25/3 on DC-HSDPA on my Note 3. Pair that with unlimited data and it's almost decent enough for GRID streaming.

It's a good thing that they upped the speed, but it still is kind of low, especially the upload speed. If they keep at it, maybe in a few years broadband will mean 50/10 or better :)

You wouldn't happen to be looking for a roommate, would you? I promise not to leave my room until I've downloaded the entire internet. It'd be great to be able to download an .iso in 2 minutes, let alone download entire games from Steam in like, 10 minutes. You put me to shame  428x over..
