[Massdrop] Simple Audio Listen Speakers - $150

Faceman

Simple Audio Listen Speakers for only $150.  This is an incredibly low price for speakers that have an MSRP of $500.

If you live in Canada, NCIX has them for $150 with free shipping!

Linus' Review:

I'm thinking of buying this myself.  I just love the aesthetic of it.  The touch screen and functionality of it is also very appealing.  Don't forget that low-low price of $150.

EDIT*  I did just buy a pair.  Really excited for these to arrive!

Still costs $150, I don't have right now. :P

Plus I'm more than happy with my Logitech Z623's, the 2.1 speaker system I feel everyone on a budget should own.

Well if Linus endorses them at this low price, now I have to buy them.  Too bad Massdrop doesn't have an affiliate code for you.

@LinusTech, share this on Twitter. Great deal. Shame I don't have money, being a teen. My Altec 2.1 speakers from 1999 still sound great though.

If I didn't have so much love for 5.1 on my desktop I'd order them right away but I'm still considering it as I won't have to pay import tax.

568 viewers ATM. Damn lot.

The power of social media.

I'm more interested in the number of sales that this drop is about to garner.  When I first posted this, there were 20 people committed to the drop, now its up to 24 in a matter of minutes.  Admittedly, one of those is myself, but still.  Lets see how high it will climb in a short amount of time.

You could actually find them for 300$ now and then, but for 150$ is a very good option.

Would I be happy with these if I was planning on getting the A5+. I wouldn't mind saving a few coins.
