Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.

why do you want to know how much its worth?

i was just curious.

These numbers don't make a ton of sense to me, and because they are based more on raw traffic numbers rather than factoring in the value of the brand or the type of traffic, they likely have very little bearing on what I could actually sell it for.

 

I'd be interested to know what the YouTube channel is worth. Very few YT channel sales have actually gone through...

kidding! Im guessing most of the value is the traffic and activity. I know i leave this open in a tab for 8+ hours a day, so if they take that in account, many others probably do the same

lol, the ad revenue was 172K a year. bet its 1/4 of that because of ad block useres

 

Lol. That's a laugh and a half. Our Google ad revenue was like $10-15k last year for this site and they cut us off a month ago for a thread that had pictures of women in bathing suits on it, so for right now it's running purely on contributors, which isn't a ton when we factor in the amount we spend on hosting and security and how much time it takes to admin.

 

We do it because it's yet another way we can engage with our community.
