Start working out and you will see incredible changes to your body when you'll be 18. 
Other than that, probably you won't notice many changes :P

What should you excpect from you body... uhm..

 

Sweat.. A LOT of sweat EVERYWHEREEEE..

A dirty teenage "mustache"

Your voice will get lower (hopefully)

Final but but not least; you will grow.

Not much. Maybe bigger boobs if you're a girl. Maybe a growth spurt if you're a boy. Random erections becoming less of an issue maybe.

Im 18 and still get the weird teenage mustache thing... I think it has to do with being British, Irish, Welsh, and Cherokee... lol
