Anyone down to help me make a game with Unity?

tikonux

Hey all! I'm trying to make a game. Only thing is, I'm not a good programmer/coder. Anyone want to?

I could maybe help a bit.
I would be interested. I am not a pro, but I'm a little bit better than a n00b.

Tell me some ideas and maybe I can throw you some code :D

(By the way, only C# if you're okay with that. Don't really know Javascript.)

Also, follow your topics by pressing the button in the top right. @tikonux

To be honest, if you're trying to make a game, I would recommend that you list what skills you have as to what you're going to do with the project as well as what other resources you have.

Who's dealing with the art/graphics?

If it's 3D, how are you modeling things? Who will take care of that?

How's audio going to be dealt with?

Do you have a method that you already work with to try to optimize workflow?

Who's designing the game?

These are important questions for what seems to be the start of a game.

I know this because I currently work with a studio that has about everything necessary, except for more asset artists.

If you want to make a game, I'd suggest knowing how to make one first. It kinda sounds like you don't want to actually help, you just want people to do everything fro you (because you don't know how)

I might be wrong.

LOL

I was thinking the same. In fact every time I see one of these threads pop up I cant help but think: "Here we go again"

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.
