Its actually just depth perception I think! The piece of fish was cut into a rectangle but the tail of the fish tapers off a bit giving a bit of a triangle look from that angle.

holy crap I wanna try that, just looked it up

 

you guys really need to try it. if you ever find a vietnamese restaurant just go. i would order "pho tai chin" it's basically rice noodles and strips of meat. really good. also i would put hoisin sauce, lemon, and sriracha in it. best thing ever. i'm glad im vietnamese because my mom is the best at making it

Okay, today has been an interesting day :)

It would've been a lot better, but while grinding potatoes, i cut myself pretty seriously, i had to make some modifications to my final plans, so this is what came out :) I think it was very tasty, but my father thinks it's too salty (he doesn't like salty food while i do)...

 

After that i went out with my friend to this mini japanese pop culture convention called Chibi Con, he spent his money, and we went and had this:

 

I had this: 5v.jpgs and this7v.jpg

 

While he had that same shake and this 6v.jpg

 

 

After going back to that convention, and he spent some more money, we went for some "sarajevski cevap" :D

 

This, except we didn't have any onions, we went with "kajmak" :D Cevapi-1.jpg

 

and some frech fries with ketchup with it :)
