Muscle is denser than fat, building up muscle ups your weight. And beef is not expensive here, the quality of it is just utter trash.

Well, nobody in my family makes homemade rakija anymore.... But my father knows a guy 10 or 50 litres isn't a problem

They're coated in a layer of fat for insulation.

 

And GMOs aren't bad per se, it's how far they've been modified that they start having negative effects which is bad.

Also are you sure it's your metabolism guys? Many skinny people say 'yeah I eat a LOT but I don't gain weight' but in reality not eat a lot.

 

Have you actually counted how much you eat on multiple days?

Yeah That's why when i ate some sardines in some oil form GM plant, and the girl that sits next to me was telling me that, i checked in what country it was allowed, and since a lot reputable (food wise) countries allowed it, i just continued eating it
