Maybe 4 to 6 hours a night, kinda varies since I sleep on the couch in the living room and my dad wakes up at 1 am to get ready for work (not sure why since he only has to be there at 6am). Not to mention my sister who wakes up me as well. Doesn't help that I'm a light sleeper and the mere presence of another person in the same room as me will wake me up, not to mention preclude the possibility of me getting back to sleep as long as they remain in that same room.

God I need to get out of this place before I go insane.

I usually sleep for around 8-9 hours, depending on how long the film I watch in the evening is. Although that time has become significantly shorter since I picked up a cold from university... My nose gets blocked so badly that I stop breathing and wake myself up. :/ I'm good like that though - I am pretty much alert as soon as someone says my name to me when I'm asleep, and if there is a loud noise or something happens in my sleep (sitting on my arm) etc., I tend to wake up too.

I tend to get around 7 hours on a week day and around 6 on the weekends. I get less sleep on the weekends since I don't have to drive anywhere so I don't worry about being a little sluggish. I'm in the car for roughly 2.5 hours every day and I don't want to cause an accident from not being awake enough.

On weekdays: 2 - 7 hours, or no sleep at all (happens maybe once per 1 or 2 weeks). If I wake up on a weekday at 2.00 (AM) or later, I won't go back to sleep, as if I do, my sleeping cycle is at the point that I won't wake up at 6.00 (AM) to the alarm clock. I do feel tired every time that happens, but better to be tired than miss the bus to school. Our high school has a fairly low tolerance for students who miss classes or come up late to a class, unless there's a legitimate reason (and missing a bus due to sleeping isn't a valid excuse).

On weekends: 8 - 14 hours, depending on how tired I am and how long I've stayed up at night. I wake up at least before 16.00 (4.00 PM), but lately the latest I've slept is until 14.00 (2.00 PM).

I go to sleep at around 22.00 - 24.00 during weekdays, and at 1.00 (AM) - 4.00 (AM) during weekends. It's not good, I know, but I'm a night owl by my nature, but forced to live like an early bird.

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

8 hours of non stop sleeping for me. I have slept through many things including my patio door shattering, drunk driver slamming into my car while in the driveway, every thunderstorm...  to name a few things. My wife is envious.
