What do you use your second monitor for?

Primary monitor for gaming/browsing, secondary monitor for monitoring my system using the "Resource Monitor" and also to monitor my security system video feed.

The computer isn't the "Thing".....the computer is the "Thing" that gets you to the "Thing".  - excerpt from "Halt and Catch Fire".

I use it for internet browsing. And my main for editing and gaming. That way I can watch tutorials and not have to switch between stuff(duh).

Use my 2nd monitor mostly for internet stuff like email, searching the internet, viewing youtube, watching TV.  I also use it when am monitoring my computer temps on CPU-Z/ Speccy.  Am on windows 8 so having a 2nd monitor is very useful and I think I use it more then when I had windows 7.

i typically have 2 or 3 internet pages up so i put 2 on my big screen then i use my other screen for folder browsing, mounting .isos to flash drives, utorrent etc. so main monitor gaming, movies or split screen web pages, second ary monitor for folders, programs, hardware monitoring when i am gaming, utorrent, air vpn, etc.

when i dont feel like i am being particularly productive i usually just turn off my secondary. i used to easily fill up 3 smaller monitors, now i have a 27" and 21.5", i find thats all i need though i do miss triple monitor gaming

I mostly use 3 monitors for when I am coding. In the center monitor I have the actual page of code I am working on. On the left screen I have the manual or library for that particular IDE to actually help me know what I am doing :). On my right screen I have simulations running continuously of the code. I love it as in its super efficient! Other than that I just use only one monitor for gaming purposes.

When web browsing, I just split the tabs into two windows and have each one on one monitor. And when I learning stuff (programming, video editing, etc.) I have a guide open on one monitor and I do the work on the other.

I usually use it for just facebook or system monitoring or reading the news while I have a game open on my main 24 inch monitor. I sometimes also use it when I am doing video editing or after effects as well as photoshop work.

I put Spotify on Fullscreen with Teamspeak and Skype 1/2 and 1/2 on top. If I'm doing anything whilst gaming it goes on the second screen.
