That's a compliment. I have an i3 2100 and an i5 3570k using the stock intel heatsinks and they are under 50c while gaming :P

Not really a joke, but it was talking to a few buddy's and we got on the subject of GPUs. He asks me " how do I get a new GPU, do I just download it?" I wanted to say yes, but me and my other bud where dying laughing.
