Did that before and it just became mountains of boxes taking space and sitting there..I've adopted a non pack rat mentality with all the moves I've done over the years. I'd love to have a baller collection of some sort, but it wasn't in the cards.

I've got a few manga and light novel volumes, a 1:700 IJN Shimakaze model (the Kadokawa-Aoshima limited edition in an acrylic case), the box of said model, a small Genoace Gunpla model (which I got for free), and 3 touhou nendroid-like figures...

I'm preparing to put up that box-display 'tech shrine' when/if I manage to get the parts needed for my htpc build...

 

I also used to have several USAF aircraft models and Tomica car models...

 

Edit: I forgot that 'hugging pillow' that I have...

So i was looking around my room and i noticed i have an ungodly amount of nerdy collectibles compared to my friends, and even other geeky family members. I though i'd see who else has their room's or houses shelves decked with nerdy collectibles. this can range anywhere from a box set of a video game you have on display. chain-maille, figurines. A total head count and/or a list of the items would be interesting! Let the Nerd off begin!

I don't know if this is nerdy but I like to keep boxes that look cool like I kept mamba box from like 2008 original mamba noctua fans motherboard box iphone and ipad box because simple yet really nice no computer case box tho because they all look ugly I kept graphics card box asus Boxes so cool cpu box etc etc
