That poor guy.

Every time a generation moves, a product is released, technology advances or a convention is held, ASUS is all over it. But I do NOT blame them! It is their business after all.

It is just that, when it does happen, who do they send?

J.J.

This guy works his butt off series after series (and in this case the x99 platform) becoming familiar with all the hardware, the main marketing points, crafts and memorizes both 'elevator speeches' and 20-minute in-depth scrutinizations of the product, and travels everywhere to do it.

The grueling part is that he does these overviews of ALL of the products in the new line with a WHOLE BUNCH of people, especially YouTubers. But just to be stating the same thing about the same products over and over and over and over

Now don't get me wrong I'm not here to bash anyone. It is ASUS's job to get the word out, and it is J.J.'s job to do that for them. You need to make a living, right? I understand that.

Serious kudos to J.J. though. I see this every time and I commend him on his efforts and wish I could thank him personally. I just want him to know that his efforts do not go unnoticed!

JJ is probably the best industry rep from any company (tech and otherwise) I have ever seen. I would really like to meet him and pick his brain on some of the finer points of the Asus lineup.

Depending on who you are, it can be fun :) I like explaining things I am passionate about to people who don't know, and I can do it over and over again :) But yeah, J.J. is pretty great at what he does.

I think more tech companies need more people like JJ and Fractal Josh - who are actually deeply involved with and a part of the tech/PC enthusiast community. They talk directly to us and also listen to us to create great quality products that more or less meet the needs and wants of the community. You can tell these guys actually love what they do and aren't just out to sell us a product and make a buck.

Cheers, JJ and Josh. Keep up the great work guys. :)

I just Tweeted Paul from Newegg about this awesome thread!

JJ is so much better at talking than the guy from MSI, IMO!
