Nothing too old. My 5 year old Lenovo K230 IdeaCentre. It has a Core 2 Quad at 2.33 GHz so it's no slouch. Just being held down by DDR2 RAM and SATA 2 speeds. Put a cheap GPU in it and it runs everything decently. It has multiple OS's on it though so Windows 7 just happens to be on there.

It has one fan in the entire system. Running Windows 7 Ultimate. Somehow it manages to boot up in under 15 seconds even with SP1 installed along with some drivers and other junk.

I actually had Windows 7, on a pentium 4 with 2GBs of ram, and a 160GB IDE hard drive. At the time it was my main computer, and compared to everything else in my house... it was the fastest.
