Here are a few things I picked up recently to aid in building computer and all my other crazy projects.

I picked up contractor packs of both the smaller tye wraps and the stick-on mounts. I recently found the mounts and man are they handy when you want to manage cables and there is nothing there to tie into.

I picked up the screwdriver set because they were relatively cheap and the Phillips is surprisingly thinner than average. I say surprisingly because those are demolition screwdrivers which is why they are longer than average and the shank runs all the way through to a plate on the back. They are actually surprisingly ergonomic and just feel goo in your hand because everything is just where is needs to be. The slotted is quite beefy and undoubtedly will get misused quite a lot. ;)

I think the small utility sheers were a nice find as well small and spring loaded but well built with a nice blade. I do have a complaint though and that is with how far they have to open to be able to use more than about half of the blade. This is because of how the handles are designed and could use a revision.

I picked up the small file set as it will be of great use when I mod keyboards and stuff as sometime I can get the dremel in there or it just not the right tool for the job.

EDIT: So I totally forgot about the electrical tape. Basically I was out of 33+ and the had a buy 2 get one free deal.

I got my free TORQ X10 mousepad from EVGA a while ago. If you want to see more pic's head over to my TORQ X10 Carbon review thread. I should have a small part of it about the mousepad which I am quite happy with and think it is something they should sell.

Latest addition for my photography gear for 65€: The Canon EF 50mm f1.8 II lens. Now I can actually take indoor photos with faster shutter speed than 1/10th of a second. :)

What ISO you using? That only happened to me at night when there is no ambient light at all. I have the f2.8 40mm pancake. Most times I'm probably using it around f4.0 with the stuff I take pictures of.

Well the issue shooting indoors is: usually there's just one ceiling lamp in a room, kit lens' aperture only goes as wide as f3,5, and 1000D's ISO doesn't go higher than 1600, so handheld shots are bit difficult with around 1/10th of a second shutter speed with no IS.

At some point I'll upgrade my camera body to something better, but until then, nifty-fifty'll save my ass in low ambient light.
