Not a big purchase, but a purchase nonetheless.

This pen is amazing. I think it's actually my 6th pigma. Yes, I use it for writing -gasp- (please don't stone me to death artists), and it writes like a joy, especially on a moleskin notepad.

moleskins are awesome, I have a stack of about six of them that i just use as normal note books. Writing implement of choice is a bit different. Rotring 800 and a Ti2pen (its a Pilot HITECH C made of Ti and its fucking amazing). I have always preferred writing in graphite over ink, no idea why though.

Laptop - Lenovo X230 Intel 535 480GB, 16GB Gskill memory, Classic Keyboard Mod, Triple USB 3.0 Express Card.

Just an update on my recent purchase, my G3258 and MSI Z97 U3 Plus arrived this morning. I originally ordered just the G3258 but shortly before it shipped out I was told about the G3258/U3 Plus bundle that Newegg was selling and I quickly canceled my order for just the CPU and ordered the bundle instead. I've already tested it to see if it works and as an added bonus a pair of dimms I pulled out of a DOA system actually work so even though it's only 3GB I won't need to buy RAM or take it out of another system to use the pentium.

This bad boy just came in the mail. Other than being a little dirty, it's in amazing shape for being used. I can finally play all of my PlayStation 2 games!!! :D

Two Toshiba 2TB drives :)

I can tell that they're rebranded Hitachi drives (or vice versa), since they look exactly like the 1TB Hitachi drive in my grandma's HP. :P

Thy are not re-branded ;)

When WD bought Hitachi they kept only the patents associated with Hitachi, and Toshiba bought the manufacturing division from WD, and started 3.5" drive production.

And yes you are right I had an 1TB Hitachi it looked, a lot like the Toshiba ;)

You have good choice in pens. I have a anodized Ti2 and a couple rotting 800’s and 600's. I used to use moleskin all the time when borders was still around as well as a direct knockoff that they carried Piccadilly. Moleskin has decent paper but Rhodia is at least another whole step up in quality.

You should check out the Razer sabertooth its by far and large the best 360 controller I've had my hands on.

I can tell that they're rebranded Hitachi drives (or vice versa), since they look exactly like the 1TB Hitachi drive in my grandma's HP. :P

Toshiba got Hitachi's 3.5in drive manufacturing and tech because I believe it was the EU said it would give WD too much market share.

I have a couple that are exact rebrands bit they did give them a capacity upgrade. Its the like of 1TB per platter drives which Hitachi was the first to come out with thing is the max size of those drives was 1TB. Toshiba now has the same drive 1TB to at least 3TB I'd not 4.

There's some new stuff in there... :P

I do want to pick another Ti2 at some point so i can have one in red. I also want to pick up either a 600 or 800 so that i can have a .5mm as well as .7mm. Once I go through all the pads that i have I might try something else. Favourite thing to draw on will still be canvas with graphite sticks or woodless pencils. But i guess that is what happens when one of your parents is an artist.
