I happen to be a very tall man with large hands and I've been complimented on how big my unit was by several different women over the years. But to be honest, I dont know as I dont compare in the communal showers whether it be prison or the gym.

Ordered thermal paste.  I know, it's not a well known brand and it's $5 for a giant tube of it.  But the reviews were all good saying it works pretty well and various people have used it on CPUs and GPUs... so I figured I'd give it a shot since I ran out of paste recently. 

 

Got here today.  Here is the tube compared to my keyboard. 

This thing is freaking huge!  Assuming the reviews are good, I won't be needing to buy thermal paste for a long time.

Also, Darkness Descends is one of the best thrash albums of all time. A really good purchase.

Also, Darkness Descends is one of the best thrash albums of all time. A really good purchase. 

It's the remaster. But a bloody good pressing. Other than a little dust causing some crackling, it's crystal clear. 

I have So Far... So Good... So What!.. being delivered in a couple weeks (I didn't notice that the Amazon listing said "Usually dispatched in 2-5 weeks") I'm going to see if I can cancel it and then reorder from somewhere else. Only issue is, it has an AutoRip service and I may get charged for the MP3.

That's really good to know. I was fearing that the remaster of Peace Sells... But Who's Buying? would be as terrible as the remastering job on Rust in Peace.

Yeah, I have Rust In Peace too, not only is the remaster not good, but my pressing is utterly appalling. On about 2/3 of the record, it doesn't taper off to a fine edge, instead it's just flat. But, at least it's not crap like my picture disk Among The Living. 

 

EDIT: I got the record cancelled and I'm not being charged for the MP3 version. Time to buy it from somewhere else.

Yeah, that's the same problem I experienced. Luckily, a friend of mine had a first press of Rust in Peace which I could buy from him. 

 

And nice, Megadeth albums aren't too hard to find, so you should be able to find it most places.

So rundown of what I got and the reasoning for it because why not:

Xbone P&C Kit: since I go through so many AA batteries, now all I have to do is get another battery door since mine is held on with tape

3.5mm extension: run this from the back of my PC up to either around my monitor or under my desk in an effort to not ruin whatever headphones I get in the next century like I did my current set

Weird flash drive: More or less for the lulz and for when I want to remove pictures from it (but not copy music to it since that'd take decades with my phone)

Got one of these for my pfSense build for US$50, good deal? It was just ~10$ more expensive than the H61 mobos, and it has a 6 months warranty on it.

Idk if the Xbox One play and charge kit is different but the one I'd gotten for my Xbox 360 controller didn't need the battery door/holder thing because it just clipped into place instead of it.  

 

I assume this works the same way but of course I can't be certain.  So you may not need a new battery cover.  

 

 

Also, paying with gift cards just means you didn't spend cash.  lol

Though I'm confused why they felt the need to have a hole in the back of the box to see the serial number to match it to a second sticker on the box.

I looked and for the Xbone version it's kinda like a big bloblike double-A deal that you put in.

 

(Hopefully the battery will last longer than the one for the 360 though, sheesh)
