GTX 650 and watch dogs

Long story short my friend is playing watch dogs on this rig and it's lagging 

 

Specs : 

 

CPU : Core 2 due dunno which one in this family 

 

GPU : GTX 650 

 

RAM : 8 GB

 

So it's the CPU which is making this bottleneck right !!??

Watch dogs is a crap game it is optiized bad, on the other hand if oyu plan on playing games like watch dogs in future you need a new gpu and cpu

Watch Dofs is badly optimized for PC, and dont expect to get very good result with that GPU and CPU...

nope just watch dogs

 

What I meant by lagging is the range of 15~25 FPS and not on 1080p resolution even if the game is badly optimized it won't go that far -_-

might not be bottlenecking it too bad, if at all. whats the cpu clock speed?

Watch Dogs is badly optimized. Don't grind your teeth over that. There are games out there that will look better than Watch Dogs and deliver better performance than Watch Dogs with your same setup. If you want better performance it's better to upgrade your GPU in the future then upgrade the rest accordingly.

If we ignore the tards above that are just bashing the game and not offering anything useful....

 

That Core 2 Duo wouldn't run watch_dogs even if it was properly optimised. It's very, very old.

the core 2 duo really does need to be upgraded, but watchdogs also isn't really optimized
