It depends on what you're using it for, but either way, nope.

If it's for gaming, you really want to go Z97 unless you're running multiple GPU's AND other PCI-e cards.

If it's for a workstation, you'd really want 32GB of RAM as a minimum.

CPU: 5930K @ 4.5GHz | GPU: Zotac GTX 980Ti AMP! Extreme edition @ 1503MHz/7400MHz | RAM: 16GB Corsair Dom Plat @ 2667MHz CAS 13 | Motherboard: Asus X99 Sabertooth | Boot Drive: 400GB Intel 750 Series NVMe SSD | PSU: Corsair HX1000i | Monitor: Dell U2713HM 1440p monitor

Nope any system with 4820K is a waste of money... it performs 2-5% better than 4770K and for that you have to pay extra money on CPU, Motherboard and RAM... which is pointless. If you still want to buy LGA2011... go for 4930K, you will see definite improvements when compared to 4770K. Although, X99 and Haswell - E is just around the corner... and you will end up buying 1 generation older items.

If you want a "pre-built" gaming PC, you're better off going to www.ibuypower.com or www.cyberpowerpc.com than having someone over the internet build one, especially if you're willing to spend that kind of money.
