best webcam for streaming? budget 50 euros (im from italy if u want to link from amazon)

The best (cheap) webcam is usually just your phone. You can connect that to your PC via certain apps. You just need some kind of tripod for it or a way to prop it up.

720p Logitech webcam works perfectly fine unless you want your viewers to see every hair follicle.

If you can afford it, a Logitech C920 is awesome.
 

And as said above, try your phone out first. There are plenty of ways to do that if you look it up.

Look for used Logitech cams. The better ones are at €80-120 retail, but sales and especially used ones get way lower. My C920 was €25 used.
