Watchdogs doesn't look that good to be honest. Crysis 3 is definitely still a top contender, Metro Last Light also. Then you have games like Skyrim and GTA IV with photorealistic mods that look absolutely insane.

crysis 3, far cry 3, witcher 2

not watch dogs

Witcher 2 doesn't look too good to me because it just looks like everything was used the sharpen tool in photoshop and it looks a little absurd versus most games.

anyways here are some good looking games:

Crysis 3

Metro: Last Light

Far Cry 3

Off the top of my head I would have chosen the same games. Except I would have removed Far Cry 3, and added Trine.

I quote fully and add wolfenstein tno. I think it looks amazing. it's not very well suited for benchmarking because of the framerate limit though. arkham city would be a good test too (origins is pretty broken)

Google "neogaf gedosato". Start downsampling and creating custom internal resolutions (can also do it in control panel) and go buckwild. Also see there 2014 high resolution pc pictures thread, and join up and post some killer screenshots. Slick did a video on downsampling (see LTT youtube channel)

Give us some Mass Effect shots at 8 k etc :)

You have the GPU power to downsample even new games to 1440p/1080p, unless you are already running on a 4 k monitor.

Basically unless you have a 4k monitor you aren't getting "max" without downsampling. Watch Dogs? Special case. They basically gave us the Console port as far as VRAM requirements with zero optimization. The GPU/ram requirement is artificial and at this time you may need a 6gb version to run 4 k or high resolutions well.

Battlefield 4

Crysis 3

Metro: Last Light

Crysis 1 (With mods)

GTA IV (ENB Mod)

Skyrim (ENB mod) http://cloud-4.steampowered.com/ugc/487822565112361227/A05325E40E1627152D0EE291F3D9A4D7DB4597ED/

Star Citizen

Though, not for PC, The Last of Us is mind bogglingly bueatiful, and they're gonna step it up a bit further on PS4. Shame it's not on PC.

Sometimes its annoying that people ask for a great looking game when what they mean is a very technically advanced game.  There are plenty of games out there like Anno 2070, that are not particularly demanding but damn gorgeous as well.

I think minecraft with shaders is very pretty, and so is Borderlands 2 in its own way.

If you wanted photorealistic games the I'd say Tomb Raider (with TressFX), Battlefield 4, Crysis 3 and Far Cry 3.

As of right now:
Crysis 3
Far Cry 3
Assassin's Creed IV
Watch Dogs
Battlefield 4

For the future:
The Witcher 3
Assassin's Creed Unity
The Division
Mirror's Edge
Star Citizen
Dragon Age: Inquisition

A ton of new games will be shown tomorrow at E3 that I reckon are gonna have pretty good graphics. I'm betting heavily on Far Cry 4 and Battefront.
