Windows 11 sending popups to use bing chat

Is it just me or has Microsoft started sending popups to use bing chat? Or do I have a virus? I've only got this issue on my laptop but not my desktop which makes me a little suspicious.

That is definitely not something I've experienced across any of my devices. That definitely sounds like a virus or something.

I've only seen it twice or so, it doesn't look like something Microsoft would send, I'll see if I can send a ss next time it comes up. I also ran a quick scan and nothing came up...

Yup, they're doing that these days, had one on one machine a couple of days ago. "Don't worry", the others will probably get it too in due time... 🙄

Looks like just another crappy microsoft thing. Find that process in task manager, open file location, then delete the executable.

If its malware then you're probably fricked, best bet is a clean windows install.

F**k windows 11. Seems like more annoying junk to disable now.

Im still on W10 and slowly moving my daily tasks over to linux where I can. Windows is getting worse by the day and im tired of it.
