$300 shipping from StarForge. One one page it’s mentioned in fine print that the $300 includes customs fees, but then isn’t on the invoice or main checkout page. StarForge got their panties in a bunch. Their computer used bad packaging and showed up broken. The title was very clickbaity so I understand them being annoyed at that, but they pulled the “it happened in shipping”

sensitive frames it like starforge was in the wrong for pointing out and fixing the mistake.

Imagine wanting to be able to sort something out through CS before any other company had a chance to sort anything out through CS channels. Let's just try to get LTT to pull PT2 down while they wait for all the companies involved to respond to what they found thus making a part 2 completely not relevant.

I was not talking about packaging. 

The double vat would have been caught as soon as the audits happened. The packaging they cant fix after the fact, the shipping cost can and was and rectified going forward. 

Its also not like I have had canada charge me double duty as well, not even a company me just shiping something to canada. 

That wasnt CS issue. that was a people are going to get the wrong idea about how much it costs to ship a system with them issue.
