i mean... i know there are people who manage to break their phones regularly  - an insurance somewhat makes sense for them i guess... in 20 years+ of "smartphones" or rather mobile phones I've yet to outright break a phone and certainly not a screen..........

Hard flashbacks of CDs which my friends also always managed to break in the dumbest ways.... yet my CDs *all* still work to this day lol ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 

 

 

(even the RWs that supposedly inevitably break because "reasons" still work just fine >.<)

T Mobile started going down hill after John Legere left. I had a feeling when they transitioned to a new CEO that bullshit like this was going to happen.

Yeah they were suppose to start notifying customers. I belong to here and DSLreports.com and I have seen on post stating that anyone has been notified about the change.
