16:10 monitors are really rare and pretty much non existent in 4k.

With 1440p (or rather 1600p) you'll might be a bit more lucky, however most likely not at 350 USD.

There are literally only 3 models. One of them is 16" and the other two are too expensive and also terrible for gaming.

 

I say, don't bother with 16:10.

2560x1440 and 3840x2160 are 16:9 resolutions. 

 

16:9 variations would be 2560x1600 which was popular 10 years ago, and the completely non-existent apart from a couple super obscure 60Hz options of 3840x2560. 

 

I'm not sure if you're just out of the loop and don't realize how problematic of a request this is? What you want, especially at over 60Hz simply doesn't exist. If they did, they're well above your price range.
