Which graphics card should I buy?

fAED

So with current market and specially graphics card price drop, and since I will build a gaming pc next month, I still have doubts about which way to go.

At first, my option was already settled to get a RTX 3070, but than, RX 6800 XT drops price...

I have been tracking down prices and below is a list of cheapest versions of following GPU's:

  • INNO3D GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Twin X2 8GB LHR - 469€
  • PALIT GeForce RTX 3070 GamingPro 8GB V1 LHR GDDR6 - 556€
  • ASUS TUF Radeon RX 6800 XT Gaming 16GB OC - 653€
  • ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3070 Ti Trinity 8GB OC - 689€
  • Asus TUF Gaming RX 6900 XT OC 16GB - 729€
  • INNO3D GeForce RTX 3080 X3 10 GB LHR - 759€

''I play Overwatch 2, COD MW II, F1 22, DIABLO IV (when realeased) and Battlefield V''

My budget? - Well, 1700€ (current project build: PC Builder - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, Radeon RX 6800 XT, Corsair 4000D Airflow ATX Mid Tower - PCPartPicker)

Thankyou 🙂

If you are buying a new GPU - I would wait for the RDNA 3 GPUs to drop. I wouldn't buy a new GPU right now unless I had to. I just bought a used 3080 for $400 from a local miner and it working flawlessly right now. I think it will last me until the midrange Nvidia 5000 series cards drop in 2-3 years.

EVGA BQ is a PSU with outdated ACRF topology that you don't ant to use with anything above RTX 3070/RX6700XT, not speaking about the upcoming AMD and nVidia GPUs.

I'd get the 6900xt over the 3080. It's the stronger card, I have a 3080 and it's no slouch

No cpu mobo or ram atm

2tb wd black gen 4 nvme

2tb seagate hdd

Corsair rm750x

Be quiet 500dx

Gigabyte m34wq 3440x1440
