A. The schedule is a target, not a guarantee. 

 

B. There was a major industry show today from Intel. On days like this, its common for uploads to be 10-12hrs late while they compile the news from it, script out what they want to talk about, shoot it, edit it, upload it etc...

There are plenty of times that they haven't held to their scheduled release time and plenty of reasons why.  A perfect example is if they have an NDA that lets say expires at noon or something like that, they can't release the video until after the NDA expires.
