Hmm.. I think I'm in the mood for some rewatches lately.. for now I'm thinking AnoHana, xxxHolic, then SoulTaker (spurred on by the Nurse Witch Komugi spinoff's spinoff airing this season). Maybe also Occult Academy, as a fun zany show to even out the others.

Anyone else rewatching anything lately?

I guess I'll give the manga a shot, since @helping has been saying so many things about xxxholic these past days

Probably a good time to give this one another shot. I may not have even finished all of it yet, now that I think about it.

if it's any consolation, since it's done by IG the later OVA's look really good. Even with noodle people.

 

though I just noticed the entire thing still isn't done yet

setting myself up for more mild discomfort

 

I almost don't think I can rewatch things like AnoHana. You kick me in the feels once, it gets a lot harder to do it a second time. Would probably end up getting bored.

 

Am I knew to this Yandere Simulator thing?

I'm going to try xxxHolic dub, since I hear it's pretty solid.

I like rewatching shows not to re-experience the same thrills/feels, but rather to see what I missed. AnoHana is one of the rare A-1 shows that does a lot of things right, even if it's ultimately just there to smash away at your heartstrings.

So I'm reading my 2015 December Brokerage statements.... man oh man why didn't I sell earlier. I can't keep track of things as well as could when I was trading full time.

well there are some good dubs, but the majority are pretty bad imo.

I've seen the sub before, just not sure how far I got anymore. Saiunkoku started off well, but got more and more annoying to me.

I will not be participating this Sunday. 

Pick wtv. Insurgency hasn't been done yet. Squad maybe? Half Life 2 Deathmatch if everyone has it. Or BFBC2 (pick a random server) if feeling like that. 

 

As much as I'm enjoying Gotham, the longer it goes on, the more disinterested I am. This is how most shows are. At least this one made it through a 22 episode season before it started to take effect.

I guess my issue is that it's more of an "alternate history" type thing. Where hero and villain origin stories basically mean nothing. Eh. I guess that makes sense. 

"We basically can't kill any characters with depth at all." would kind of suck in terms of writing. 

... I recently considered watching xxxHolic. I think this is the very first time I will have watched an anime HS has had for the weekly anime thingie. 

Sad but true.
