I'm trying to be unfair but the vn market that gets English attention bar Phoenix wright is consumed by eroges(even if it's a sensitive well made drama that doesn't really need or require it)

And then causes the entire market to to be painted as porn as a result. Thanks licensors/distributers

Sex sells. Especially to kids who don't have a clue what sex is really like, let alone romance.

Well things went from bad to worse. Now it won't boot from either of my USB drives, & I had Debian installer on one and Debian the OS on the other.

Wtf...

I was able to get the driver untared though. So there's that. Now off to find a computer to re-do the debian installer again.

I slept since my last post, so don't think I have been working on it this whole time.

It's a real pain to get everything to work on Linux. I wanted to install  Kubuntu alongside Windows 8.1 on my laptop and it wanted to wipe my whole HDD instead of just making a partition. Also it seems like it can't detect my wireless adapter when trying to use it as a Live OS. I gave up now but I might try to install it when I start my networking courses.

UEFI is pretty easy and a welcome upgrade. Really blame manufacturers for doing poor implementations and slow introductions.

right on time to post opinions that nobody cares about anymore

if I watch current airing stuff I'll start it at the earliest when EP8/11-12 is out.

I don't know why but this always seems to happen to people who are trying for the first time. Same sorta things used to happen to me when I got started. The worst part is that I have no idea what I am doing differently now as opposed to when I started.

That has more to do with Windows and the fantastic NTFS that it uses. EXT4 is way easier to resize and mess around with after it is originally formatted. Oddly enough microsoft doesn't even seem to support mounting EXT4 partitions even though they are significantly better then NTFS ones.

The thing is that I can't ditch Windows completely on my laptop because I use Visual Studio. I'll probably format everything and start from scratch when I really need Linux. Do you suggest installing Linux first if I want to dual boot?

FRIENDS, MW1 (THE LAST GOOD COD) IS ON SALE FOR 10$

Best 10$ I spent on steam, most fun arcade shooter.

Buy it so we can all raid a server and murder each other to death

It still has the largest player base of all the CODs on PC, lol.

If you only have one drive I recommend choosing one or the other. In my experience dual boot never ends well. One OS usually ends up screwing up the other. (Usually windows breaking something in linux).

I have to go into the BIOS and manually select my windows drive when I want to access it but I have had a much better experience doing it this way.
