WiFi Driver issues...???

So my situation started a couple day before the WAN Show on Friday when Linus and Luke talked about the WiFi vulnerability attack. I was using my wifi and then out of no where there is no wifi. I go to devise manager and it says that the operation can not start. And so I just uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and I'm still getting the same issue. I'm connected to the internet via Ethernet but at that time I had a outage with my isp and was going off of my phones hot spot.

What is there that can be done to help me here??
