100 % sRGB and 100% Rec 709

I found an used monitor for an ok price which have this two options 100 % sRGB and 100% Rec 709.It says in ad that its good  for arhitects and graphic designers.

Are there any benefits of using monitor with this color accuracy for gaming,watching movies,programming,and using normal browsing stuff?

I'd personally say more accurate color is better regardless of the usecase.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

Don't spend your money on a 60Hz panel for gaming in 2021.

I'd wait for AOC Agon AG274QXM release.

Should be much more superior for gaming.

The gaming i do If i do its on xbox singleplayer titles where more then 60hz is not necessary.I more geared toward general browsing and programming.

That monitor sounds sick! finally a high end option for 1440p high refresh rate. Any idea when its coming out?

No official release date, only "release announcement" was released last month.

I hope maybe before the end of 3rd quarter of his year if lucky...
