Linus, two rings?

Watching a recent video of @LinusTech and saw two rings on both "ring fingers".   do we know why?  is Linus more hip than we / I think he is?

One is a wedding ring to his wife, the other is a promise ring to Intel to not drop a Xeon again.

Maybe he likes symmetry in case they ever need to flip (mirror) a shot in post, though I don't think they ever do that. I saw a B grade horror movie where the character had a cast on a broken leg, but because they used so many mirrored shots the leg it appeared to be on kept changing. It was really distracting. If he had a cast on both legs it wouldn't have been a problem.

 

Though, I do wonder if it's an NFC ring. I think LMG uses NFC badges for building access so it wouldn't surprise me if he was wearing an NFC ring for convenience.

 

Or maybe he just likes wearing jewelry. He does have a couple of ear piercings as well.

I do not think this is the case.  that type of ring means something IMO.
