I almost dropped the phone and caught it by a cable loop, but it came out of the phone’s port, hit the ground, and broke.

So now I’m looking for a new one, preferably under $15. Any recommendations?

Any cheapo lightning cable will work

  3. Until it doesn't work. I have a 3D Rage II +DVD PCI that I still use, because it's super low power and it gives a basic display out.

  8. I don't remember why my school Chromebook's background is this, but it is. Also, the Chromebook's Snipping Tool equivalent can't capture the screen's full 1366x768 width - it only gets 1365x767 for some reason. Weird.

  11. I'm going to install Windows 11 if these 2 criteria are met: 1. NVidia drivers for Kepler cards will work 2. You are able to install APKs without going through the Amazon App Store or something stupid like that If they aren't, I'll stick with W10.
  12. I feel like this sums up AMD pretty well

AMD have rarely had the performance lead (but it has happend a few times), but they're always aiming to be the first and most creative when it comes to tech. x86-64, first to 1GHz, first IMC...
Not all their tech ideas work out, but holy shit they innovate and always have

Except between 2012 and 2017 (and I could also argue between 2007 to 2012 for CPUs). Where ALL of their products (including graphics cards) were not innovative at all. GCN for GPUs, and Bulldozer for CPUs.

I will argue that their idea of putting 2 cores together was kinda cool, but it didn't work well at all.

      Quote

The AMD FX-8350 has 4 modules with 2 cores in each module. Each 2 cores in the module will share resources. Yes, there are 8 cores in total, but they are not separate, and are not hyper-threading.

Yeah it was cool for them to falsely advertise quad core CPUs with SMTs as octa core. Which only cost them $12M in California.

      No, they use it.

They do have filters but they're not very good (they block some educational videos and don't block non-school-related videos).
