Cool Master Hyper EVO 212 was made to drive you insane, I've probably installed this cooler 5 times now and have driven myself to the point of insanity doing so. Is there any good methods out there on how to screw this thing on properly. Right now I am using my hands to tighten them and hold them down at the same time, as a screw driver won't fit.

X pattern is the best method, Get them started and then just screw in an X pattern between the 4 screws with a few turns each to keep even pressure.

I think you just line up the screws and screw in a cross pattern. But IDK just try and try no to screw into the motherboard.

Press down on the cooler and only turn the screws enough to catch. Then gradually and evenly tighten them in an X-pattern instead of one side before another.
