If I may suggest - Tesseract - not male nor female, not of this world also.

But what if thanos comes and breaks it to take the Intel WiFi card (the blue space stone)?

Ahh the good times; Black Mesa is amazing.

You can always name your PC after a character or something that is one word from a game or show/movie. Try and go off of how your PC is if you have a certain theme like how some people set their rigs up to be.

I'm not too familiar with said "Thanos" but some bops with Thors hammer should suffice.

If that helps 😄

I mean I threw together the cheapest decent parts I could find before my country went under lockdown, but el cheapo is now an LTT trademark (if you know what I mean)

Oh it's very simple.

I name my build "My PC". I rename it "My old PC" once I make a new build and call that "My new PC" for a while until it becomes "My PC" again. And the cycle continues.

Got multiple PCs in the house? "Bedroom PC", "Living room PC", "Office PC".

Multiple PCs in the SAME room ? Either named according to their purpose(editing, gaming, etc.), their owner(name of whoever uses it the most), or generic like "PC-01".

All that said, regardless of what I call my computers... The windows name will still be random crap like "DESKTOP-V9G174" because I can't be arsed.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3700x / GPU: Asus Radeon RX 6750XT OC 12GB / RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4-3200
MOBO: MSI B450m Gaming Plus / NVME: Corsair MP510 240GB / Case: TT Core v21 / PSU: Seasonic 750W / OS: Win 10 Pro

I've been trying to think of a name for months at this point, and it's been so long that the placeholder name (when you translate it to English, it becomes "Ash's PC") has become the unofficially official name.

How are y'all so creative and come up with good names you actually like?

sometimes its best to take inspiration of the name of other peoples builds, not copy them but take inspiration, for example, the builds i design all have names that can go with the theme or many of the aspects of the build, Leviathan being one I designed recently which is custom loop desk pc thats an absolute beast, however it is just a design, wont be built for a long time, but i hope i helped

so figure out a name that can describe the build well with only a word or two, ensure it goes with the builds theme and always remember, if you dont feel like figuring anything out just use google translate on something in English to Latin and make a slight change, tends to make cool sounding names

My current computer is called Chromaesthesia
Took the name off a hoodie I bought ages ago in Threadless with that name, and I felt like it fit the build because it was the first time I was gonna have DAT RGB in a computer.

You guys spend an entire day trying to figure out a good name for your PC yet you spend 10 seconds coming up with your password

Password? What is that? Is it edible?

Well, I am using a laptop now, which naturally wasn't built by me, so I have not come up for a name for it. For my back-up PC that is listed in my profile that was my original, I called it the Langley because the windows created name ended in CV1 and being somewhat of a WW2 nerd I named it that. In hindsight seeing as it was my first PC and an office PC turn cheap gaming PC just like the US naval ship USS Jupiter (a collier or cargo ship) turn Langley (the first US aircraft carrier), I find the name to remain rather fitting.

My rig is called "THE YETI". The word "the" explains that it is the most powerful computing device in our house. I live in central Indiana, home of the Colts. Their color scheme is white and blue and it just so happens that that is the best possible color scheme. That is what color my case is. It spoke to me and said "Yeti." I guess the Yeti is a white and blue creature. I am proud of my computer so it's all capitals. Thus the name "THE YETI" was born.

TL;DR, let the computer speak to you. There will be a name that just fits.

Should be a stimulant like the adderall, but I guess you have first hand experience. Only stimulant I (ab)use is coffee.

But not going down the substance rabbithole..

Stimulants have the opposite effect on people with ADD/ADHD. It helps them calm down and get stuff done. Ritalin is basically a very low dose amphetamine.

"As I, a humble internet browser who frequents the forum of the well known internet tech YouTuber 'Linus Tech Tips', named after host Linus Sebastian, have trouble understanding the intent of the authors' post, I find solace in the fact, that I am indeed not alone in my confusion. While I stumble through the comments above, I am reminded of a quote which helps me to cut through ambiguous and unnecessary verbiage. The simple eloquence of the phrase often uttered on internet forums leaves any reading it in no doubt as to the true intent of the wording. I believe that I, and indeed all of us can take a lesson from the message left by it:"
