Which is better? I am trying to decide but I don't know which is better?

What's your metric for "better"?

GN hasnt done a formal review on the 275R airflow to the best of my knowledge, but I would wager the cooling performance is roughly the same, if not slightly in favor of the 500DX

Is there any good micro atx cases that have good airflow and good cable management?

Sama Maxcool

3x120mm front intakes, 280mm top rad support, I forgot the size of the rear fan but it’s an Matx case usually under 80$ that has tons of room, lots of space for cable management, full psu basement and really good build quality for the price.

Downside is that it’s huge, it’s technically micro atx by slot count but it’s about as large as a more compact 7 slot atx case is.

That cooler need 159mm of clearance and that psu is an ATX psu. So those are two things you must take into consideration about the case. Also which gpu? If it's a current generation nvidia or amd, many are well over 300mm long.

I did a quick search, and all of the ones in wanted to recommend were canceled out by that cooler clarence restrictions.

Are you dead set on that cooler?

What is your budget on cooler?

conversely, mATX cases tend to be on the narrower side. If you want to keep that cooler and want a little more room in your case, a smaller ATX case might do the trick.

I tend to like silverstone cases, but they are not the end all be all. For an mATX case from silverstone, I'd recommend this case
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B082P86TC6?pf_rd_r=ZJQ0RARE87W7BMK3WJHP&pf_rd_p=5ae2c7f8-e0c6-4f35-9071-dc3240e894a8&pd_rd_r=305f1f16-3c71-4052-8ef5-bc738900aec0&pd_rd_w=9UUa1&pd_rd_wg=3iheh&ref_=pd_gw_unk
It only has a CPU cooler height limit of 154mm, which almost totally disqualifies tower style coolers.

this case is an mATX case and it can handle up to a 160mm cooler, but it doesn't look like anyone has it for sale yet

this is an example of a smaller atx case that has the clearance for that cooler you wanted

for coolers less than 160mm you are most likely looking at a low profile cooler. things like these two

https://www.newegg.com/be-quiet-shadow-rock-lp-bk002/p/13C-001F-00006?Description=low profile cooler&cm_re=low_profile cooler-_-9SIA68V2TR2312-_-Product

now there is a problem with these two too. now you have to consider ram height

My budget for a case would be around 60 dollars or less, I am going to either build a micro atx or atx build.

Cooler master N400 mesh and zalman s2 would be my picks for airflow and rear panel layout. Lots of options at the <$70 with meshify and some lian li showing up

I am looking at both these cases, Do you guys know which one is better between the two, specifically airflow and cable management.

They're very similar - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/products/compare/FCK2FT,bCYQzy/

Tinted glass on the 4000D. More internal drive bays on the 500DX. Might be worth seeing where and how all those extra bays are arranged. There might be a drive caddy that would otherwise block airflow from front fans, or just take up fan space.

Read the comments on both. Note that they both have a single Type 'C' USB port on the front panel, and a single Type 'A'.

I think the 4000D looks better. I think the front of the 275 is kind of cheesy

Think the 4000D is better. Looks better and has a bit more airflow
