In a move nobody saw coming, EVGA has just unveiled that the are going to be releasing a 6GB variant of the GeForce GTX 780. Yes, you read that right.\

Nah. Too much power to be like a 780. The Classy 780 is neck to neck with the original Titan.

I wish they'd do this stuff when 780s came out, not when we're about to see 880s sometime soon.

Just bought an ASUS GTX 780 DCII... son of a bitch.... THIS ALWAYS F***ING HAPPENS TO ME.

Poor guy, have to stick with a 3gb 780 and a 3930k :P

No lol, it'll be fine (look at the titan)

 

By itself it can't use 6gb without having like 2 fps, but in SLI/three way it wont have issues.

UPDATE! EVGA rep has confirmed a 6GB GTX 780 Ti in the works.

So they basically confirmed a Titan Black Gaming wise for cheaper :3

This is really exciting especially if they have a Trade Up Program. I just bought a 3GB 780ti about 2 weeks ago. :P (From EVGA luckily :lol:)
