Obama summons tech CEOs to White House for another NSA discussion

President Obama will meet with the chief executives of several major tech companies later today. Politico reports that the discussion will revolve around privacy and intelligence gathering — much like the first private roundtable Obama coordinated with Silicon Valley's leaders in December. In that instance, the meeting was originally supposed to focus on HealthCare.gov, but subsequent reports claimed that Obama's guests quickly steered the conversation to the NSA and government surveillance. This time it appears the President plans to tackle the delicate subject head on. The complete guest list hasn't yet been revealed by the White House, but it seems today's huddle may have been hastily arranged. It was only added to Obama's public calendar last night, and Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer is reportedly unable to attend due to the short notice executives were given about the discussion.

 
But Politico says one vocal critic of the government's policies will be in attendance: Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg. Earlier this month, Zuckerberg assailed the Obama administration for its continued lack of adequate transparency on all matters of surveillance and data collection. Zuckerberg said he has spoken with Obama personally to vent his "frustration over the damage the government is creating for all of our future." That very public critique may have prompted the White House to arrange today's meeting in short order. Eric Schmidt, Google's executive chairman, will also reportedly have a seat at the table.

The Obama Campaign also made alot of illegals legal..And alot of insured workers uninsured.

 

But glad Obama helped with FB and not America..But hey if he wants to take our Guns,Jobs,Healthcare,Military Pensions while looking like a big Vagina to Russia and and destroying America as a super power then so be it..But i can't say that cause its racist too!But isn't it racist to vote for him just cause he is black? 

 

Take our guns and do Fast and Furious and sell them to Mexican Cartels lmao.. 

 

Detroit has been run by liberals for decades and Texas by Conservatives and one is thriving and the other looks like a drug dealing jobless 3rd world country..Chicago will be next to run out of other peoples money..

Is it so fucking hard to have a president that doesn't fuck shit up? We need you again Theodore Roosevelt!

But Obama is making us look like a joke..We tell Iran and Russia you better not do that our we will retaliate.They have both called our bluff and we do nothing over and over again..He is all talk and no balls.He shuts down the Gov because the Reps wanted to delay ObamaCare then he just delays it anyways cause website don't work after 242 million and 3 years..And he wanted to delay it so the upcoming elections..

 

There is nothing like being made to buy something i don't want or need and if i don't i get fined..All while by passing Congress to make any laws he wants..You know you can be held in prison without trial as long as he wants just cause he suspects you to be a terrorist..He needs to be taking out permanently

And that is exactly why most people in the US don't like him but people in Europe do.

The European system just doesn't fit the US and that's why he isn't a good president.

A puppet who sealed all his college transcripts and any personal info before he ran for Pres..Yet he can listen to my phone calls?He is a puppet with like 7 SS numbers and he got a college loan as a foreign student..Just saying it's kinda fishy..

This has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with the industry in the area. Detroit's car manufacturing from decades ago fell apart due to the insurgency of Asian made cars, and Texas has plenty of oil and no shortage of cattle or farming industry. As for Chicago, the steel mill industry is falling apart.
