Good day,

 

can i play my xbox games on my andriod phone in vr without a pc?

 

stream the game from xbox to andriod and then in a vr head set?

XBOX doesn't support VR, so that already puts a stop to this idea.

But is there no app that can spilt screeen into vr even is the xbox does not support it?

That's not how it works. VR isn't just about splitting the display, it renders both images from a slightly different point of view, so no.
