but.. i ( i hope and think) and many more would like to see a section of the channel, or maybe even a channel (RAN BY ANTHONY WOULD BE A F'N DREAM) thoroughly dedicated to technical stuff, for example, about linux, about in depth game optimization, about windows optimization, about more technical stuff and curiosities like Temple OS.

Maybe a dedicated channel just for Anthony?

Pretty sure this has been suggested many, many times before, and iirc the answer was "no, too much work, too niche content, not profitable for LMG".

You have to think of it this way, better content is more views, meaning higher ad revenue, and then you have sponsors and the LTT store.

But LTT buys most of the hardware seen in the videos, unless it was given to them by sponsors, meaning that LTT spends a LOT of money on hardware for videos...

Linux stuff? Ever heard of Level1 Techs? Pretty much the point is that you like a writer who provides entertaining projects (which is probably why he was hired), and would like more such project overall. Problem is that those take a lot of time to produce. So having a channel with just them would lock Anthony +maybe 1-2 other writers in very long projects. That channel couldn't match LMGs upload speed which is 2+ videos per week.

 

But if you like the projects more than just Anthony, then there are channels like Jayz2cents (he does projects every now and then), Level1 and probably others (I don't watch GN regularly).

I did like things a bit more when they were more small scale, working out of a house, were a bit more jank and tried stuff like whole room water cooling.

Not really on the company dime, on the dime of all the companies that are giving him free stuff (although I suppose LMG is paying the camera people and other staff to go to his house and film/assist). 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe.
