27" 1440p 144 Hz VA Monitor $190

 

Regularly $250. Seems the catch is the either decent/average contrast ratio, a high response time(which may or may not actually be closer to 4ms, not 7.8ms according to reviews). And the build quality is described as feeling like a toy. Outside of that though, it's said to have excellent gaming performance. I know someone that has already purchased it so hopefully they can relay back some information soon.

 

Some minor aspects seem to be that there's no USB ports, the settings menu and what not is subpar and the overdrive doesn't work. And I don't think the overdrive not working affects the 144 Hz refresh rate?

 

P.S. I only did a little bit of digging and watched a few reviews to get the information provided above so if someone else digs deeper and finds more concrete stats be sure to throw this information into the comments below.

.... Why does this have to be curved? I have yet to see one eSports tournament with Curved design!
