My PC wont power up!

Hi, I've just built my 1st pc, and I watched Joey Delgado build the exact build I've put together, i am using an NZXT H510, but the only difference is that his works. I have double checked to the extent of my knowledge, and everything is hooked up properly. I have a single Led on my GPU but not in the mother board its self. The power supply is on and when I turn it off the led goes away. I'm not sure what to do, can any one assist me?

run a psu test

make sure front panel stuff is plugged in properly

make sure every connector is in the right place

try using a new motherboard if you have the option

I'm on a tight budget so a new motherboard is out of the question as of right now, and it looks like everything is in place, the fans wont spin like most problems people experience. I know it's at least drawing power, because of the LED on the GPU, but it doesnt seem to want to start.

Your front IO doesn't look to be connected.

The F Panel chord? I have plugged it in, but it has not done anything, still. Unless there is something else I'm missing.
