I would not use it in any pc with dedicated gpu, also would not use it at all. This psu is a fire hazard imho.

Get a seasonic or other flagship name brand in about 450W and you good

Would suggest buying a 600-650W for future-proofing.

Brand isn't quality.

Other specs? Budget?

A cx450 or a system power 9 400w/500w or a pure power 10/11 500/400w is more than enough.

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

It being seasonic "or other flagship name brand"  does not mean that the psu automatically will be good, it can be bad. Also would consider to look at quality of the psu, not just the wattage, good quality 550w will power pretty much any consumer grade system, and pc components are becoming more efficient, not less, so buying 650 w psu for "future proofing" is fairly useless.
